Doctor visits and summaries
Nurtaire is being prepared to keep visit dates, contacts, questions, and notes together on an iPhone. A PDF summary can bring selected information into a format to review before sharing with a clinician or another person you choose.
Before an appointment
Collect your most important questions and recent observations. Check that the medication list is current and ask the office what records to bring. The person receiving care should decide how they would like you to help.
Sharing a PDF
Review the contents and the destination before using the iPhone share sheet. A PDF is a separate copy; unlike a manual Nurtaire backup, it is not automatically an encrypted backup file.
Visit preparation and Plus
Visit preparation is planned as a Nurtaire Plus feature; availability and terms will be shown in the app. A PDF is a caregiver’s record, not a clinical assessment.
