Medication schedules and dose records
Add the medicine details and the schedule you want to keep track of. Nurtaire is being prepared to send reminders on the iPhone and let a caregiver record a dose as given, skipped, or snoozed.
What the reminder can do
A reminder is based on the schedule entered in the app. Its appearance depends on iPhone notification permission and settings, including Focus and notification summaries. Review the schedule against the directions from the prescriber or pharmacist.
Keep the record useful
A medication list and a dose record serve different purposes: one describes what is intended; the other records what happened. Update the list when a care professional changes instructions, and review discrepancies with them.
What it cannot do
Nurtaire is a record-keeping aid. It cannot verify that a medicine was taken, provide medical advice, or replace a clinician. Do not change or stop a medicine based on a reminder.
